Luxe Interior was hired by him to remake the design and simulate the entire villa and the surrounding landscape. The idea was to create a luxurious family home that reflects the tastes and lifestyle of the client. The theme was freely based around classical Arabic motifs, finishes and materials and supported by the latest internal technology.
Most of the furniture and lighting fixtures were made to order manually, based on the original and classic designs. All interior details were selected with great care to ensure that the scale of the existing interior space is in harmony with the decor. Artwork and sculptures were selected so as to reflect the customer’s passion for outdoor activities and his love of golf. Many paintings were made to order.
The garden was completely redesigned and landscaped, in the landscape design, the advantages of the location of the villa on the coastline were used. The outdoor dining area and the landscaped green lawns have been designed to create a luxurious setting for evening entertainment and family fun. The design of each room in the villa was developed individually, which ultimately led to the emergence of a house that today fully meets the values and dreams of the customer and his family members.
