Emirates will collect passengers' luggage directly from home

Emirates is testing a new passenger home check-in service.

Dubai, UAE. Emirates Airline, the national airline of the UAE, is testing a new passenger check-in service that will allow you to pick up baggage right from their home. An airline employee will scan the passport, check the flight details, and then stick the sticker on the suitcases, after which the passenger will be issued a boarding pass.

Details have not been disclosed at this time, but the airline said in a statement that "Emirates continues to invest in innovation to improve the quality of passenger service." It is also reported that the company is considering several initiatives at once.

Thanks to one of them, in particular, passengers do not have to carry luggage to the airport - they will meet it already on the conveyor at the destination. However, it is still unknown which class passengers will be able to use the new service.
