So, the growth compared to the same period last year amounted to 5.6%, while occupancy rate exceeded the average and increased to 87%, and the days of the Dubai Air Show even broke the 90% mark.

STR statistics also indicate that average rental rates have fallen in Dubai hotels by 1.1%, to US $ 205, and revenue per room - even by 3.8%, to US $ 178. Currently, the Dubai hotel fund has 29 226 rooms in 95 hotel facilities.
