Parmigiani fleurier
Collection with Russian soul

New York antique gallery "A la Vieille Russie" in conjunction with the watch house Parmigiani Fleurier organized and held an exhibition of rare copies from the collection of Maurice Sandoz. The exhibits were such wonderful mechanical exhibits of the past as Faberge's works, including the legendary imperial peacock and swan eggs, as well as modern creations of Parmigiani Fleurier. This famous watch brand is also famous for its excellent skills in the restoration of watches, and at the exhibition he demonstrated his best mechanical creations, which reflect the centuries-old traditions of watchmaking know-how. For more than 160 years, the A la Vieille Russie Gallery has maintained a reputation as a connoisseur of antique jewelry, masterpieces from porcelain, silver, Faberge eggs, rare watches and works of fine art.

Maurice Sandoz, whose collection was presented at the upcoming exhibition, is not only a famous writer and composer, but also a passionate collector of Faberge watches and eggs. Currently, the Edouard and Maurice Sandoz Foundation Collection includes the following works of the legendary Russian jeweler: an egg with a piano in miniature, an egg with an imperial peacock, an egg of Yusupov, and, of course, an egg with an imperial swan.
